Fiserv Digital Banking

THE SITUATION

Fiserv licenses retail banking applications to financial institutions primarily in the US.  We redesigned the Web app and Mobile apps through a collaboration with key clients and their end users.  

OUR APPROACH

Working across multiple scrum teams in the US, India, and Auckland New Zealand.  We used Invision to track changes, Sketch to prototype, Slack to communicate, teleconferences, AND workshops to work as efficiently as possible. We conducted usability studies to remove friction prior to build. We benchmarked performance release to release so we could track performance over time.

THE RESULT

Our team was selected to create the digital banking marquee UI for the company.  We were able to extend our designs over other backend systems to achieve a uniform experience for our clients across their web and mobile apps.
